Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Our store operates on Shopify, a reputable platform that uses secure authentication methods, such as 3DS, to capture payments. This means that payment authentication requirements are met at checkout.
In any chargeback dispute, we will provide necessary documentation, including proof of secure payment capture, to demonstrate compliance with authentication standards.
Fraudulent Orders:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if fraud is suspected.
If a chargeback is not resolved in our favor despite secure capture, we may restrict future transactions from that account.
Resolution Process:
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days for prompt resolution.
Dispute Handling:
We encourage direct communication prior to disputes. We are always available to work through concerns.
